It is always our choice to follow the will of God or reject it. When we reject God's will that is sin.

As we come together as a Church and as a nation we must remember that human life and dignity are not just nice options, but essential in our faith. We are not talking about human rights, though those are important in society, we are talking about the gift of life from God, without which there are no human rights.

Help us to let Congress know that human life, from conception to natural death, is a gift from God, and that we will never support values which destroy human life.
